The Feedback is a freeform way for everyone that was included in the job to provide feedback after the job is completed. This form is linked to an AJHA, but allows for a freeform text piece of writing as a way to improve the job quality the next time. The users can put in specifics about what was worked on, when and how they worked on it, and what problems they may have had. This will build a reference up for later jobs on how the job could be improved, and what certain actions need to be taken to make the job flow smoothly.
