The Automated Job Hazard Analysis (AJHA) Follows Integrated Safety Management:
   *Defines the Scope of Work
   *Identify and Analyze hazards
   *Develop and Implement Controls
   *Perform Work within Controls
   *Provides Feedback for Improvements

AJHA offers an innovative way to:
Systematically analyze a defined scope of work,
Identify potential hazards and environmental impacts,
Automate the identification of applicable standards and requirements associated with the acknowledged hazards,
Automate the selection of controls and actions necessary to mitigate the hazards and impacts,
Specify the need for additional hazard analysis related to adjacent activities, ergonomics, area hazards, and environmental impacts, and
Support the feedback and lessons learned process through post job review and information linkages.

The AJHA is a task safety analysis process tool that integrates:
Environment, Safety, & Health and Work Management,
Hazard identification, analysis, and identification of controls with work management,
Environment, Safety, & Health hazards analysis across disciplines, and
Company, local government, state, and federal safety requirements.

The AJHA integrates Environment Safety and Health analysis including:
Environmental and NEPA screening,
Prescription of controls for all hazards/compliance issues,
Waste planning and minimization,
Occupational Safety & Health Hazards Analysis and control identification,
Subject matter expert and worker involvement,
RadCon screening and risk ranking,
As Low As Reasonably Achievable” (ALARA) Reporting as required.

The AJHA provides:
On-line safety subject definitions and technical help information,
Links to state, OSHA and other federal code web sites,
An on-line user guide,
On-line review and approvals,
The on-line completion of needed forms and permits,
The ability to initiate a JHA in the field, using the AJHA tool on a pocket PC device,
An automated checking feature to assure the JHA is complete and consistent,
Report capabilities that can be sent to the printer or e-mail recipients.

AJHA is Available Through the Web
  As a web based application there is no software (including the database engine) for you to purchase, download,  or maintain, and the web version of AJHA will not use up any of your disk space. We just set up an account, and your company is ready start using AJHA to facilitate your hazard analysis and control program.
  In addition, as a web based application it is available to your company 24 hours a day 7 days a week from any of your site locations at no additional cost. There is no limit to the number of users you can authorized within your company. We maintain the software, and updates to the application are automatic.
  We can work with you to modify the hazard questions, related controls, help screen text, links, etc. to fit the needs of each of your facilities. We can even build forms to be triggered and completed on line that look just like the forms you are already use to using.
